Shipping policy

SHIPPING:
Delivery within the United States is 5-7 business days including processing with USPS carrier. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands can take 6 to 8 business days. 

LOST & STOLEN PACKAGE POLICY:
Starfire, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packaging once the post office has shown a delivery confirmation. If your package is lost or stolen it is the responsibility of the customer to immediately contact their local post office. 

BUSINESS DAYS:
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday excluding federal holidays within the United States. Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be completed.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Shipping charges do not include duties or taxes where applicable. International Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s Custom Department upon arrival. Starfire, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, misplaced or delayed shipments after shipping from US.
